What should be the smartphone specification for optimal performance of the GoMoBiz app?

For optimal performance of the GoMoBiz app the minimum configuration of your smartphone should be as follows:

RAM – 2GB
Internal Memory – 16GB
Android Version – 5.0 & above

Note:
*Our app can also be installed on iOS but there will be difficulty in tracking the real-time data as iOS doesn’t allow any app to work in background.

* GoMoBiz can be accessed on a smartphone having lesser configuration than mentioned above, but the efficiency of the output cannot be assured.

How much battery does GoMoBiz consumes?

The app consumes 3% – 20% of the battery.

Note: The consumption varies based on the configuration of your smartphone and the number of apps running in the background.

How does Auto Login & Logout Works ?

Administrator can set the predefined timing for the user to track.

*The Auto Login & Logout works only when both GPS & WiFi/Mobile Data is On. If either one is OFF then tracking doesn’t start. In such case the administrator will not be able to locate the user information

Can I get accurate data when the GPS is disabled?

In the absence of GPS, the app will communicate with the nearest tower and this may result in the wrong data like variation in kilometers travelled.

Can I get updates even when the GPS & GPRS are disabled or off?

In the absence of both GPS & GPRS, the app cannot track the data.

What happens if my smartphone is switched off?

There will be no tracking.

What to do when GPRS / 3G / 4G connection is not available or switched off?

GoMoBiz works offline too. The server collects the monitoring data continuously and when the app regains the internet connection or GPRS, the data gets updated via cloud server in the user’s smartphone.

Note:
It works Offline only when user mobile handsets has enough RAM and Storage.
Keep the mobile data feature ON even during the off-tracking time so that the data can be updated.
If the data is stored for more than one day it will be sent to the server at the end of the day.
There can be variation in the kilometer travel if the entire monitoring data is not sent to the server.

Can GoMoBiz be integrated with third party application?

Yes. We provide API which can be used to integrate with other third party applications externally.

What if my branch office is in other city/ country? Can I still share the same application?

Yes. The app can be assigned to any number of branches worldwide.

How safe is my data on GoMoBiz?

The app is a cloud base application and not specific to server. Hence, your data is absolutely safe.

What type of alerts I get from GoMoBiz?

The alerts sent by GoMoBiz to your smartphone are web-based.

Can I see the GPS On/Off status of the user?

Yes, you can.

What is ‘NA’ stand for which appears in the address column?

NA stands of Not Available.
The tracking is integrated directly with the Google maps and the data reflects the same result as shared by the Google.

Can I track the real-time location?

Yes, you can.

Why do I get variation in the distance travelled?

NA stands of Not Available.

The accuracy in the kilometers happens either when the GPS/ GPRS is disabled or when there is no proper signal.

Can I continue to use GoMoBiz in case if I change my smartphone?

Yes, provided the new smartphone should have the app installed with minimum configuration required to use the GoMoBiz app effectively.

Can I continue to use GoMoBiz in case if I change my SIM card?

GoMoBiz app is connected with your mobile number. As far as your number is same, you can access the app. In case of change of number, please contact our customer care.

How to download the GoMoBiz app?

Once you become a registered user with us, you will be sent a link to download the app.

Can administrator access all the details on my smartphone?

No. An administrator can only see the location of the user on the app. For details, you need to access your account in desktop or laptop or on our website in your mobile browser.

For how long the data on GoMoBiz will be available to download?

The daily monitoring data can be accessed upto three months.

What does the Red and Green indicators stand for?

Red indicator – data not received
Green indicator – data is received

In what all situations, the data cannot be received by the server from phone?
  • When the GPS / GPRS are turned off
  • User has forcibly stopped the app
  • If the phone was switched off
  • If the phone does not get GPS connection
  • Uninstalling of the app
Can a field executive able to see their travel data?

No. Only Supervisor & Admin can see and access the data.

How GoMoBiz app can be accessed by different branches?

The multiple branches module enables you to create their own Signups and use the CRM as individual access for their branch.

Live Location

Can admin assign a user under a particular branch?

Yes. User can be assigned under a particular branch and thereon, the data of the user can be accessed only by that branch.

What data can be seen on the user status?

On mouse-over of the user you can see following data:

  • Last seen status
  • RAM & Storage and other required specifications of the user’s smartphone
  • Number of reinstallations made by the user
  • Date of last installation
Can admin change the tracker time?

Yes, GoMoBiz gives time-specific tracking.

Is it possible to monitor the user path /travel path?

Yes, the path can be monitored date-wise & time-wise.

Can I know when & how many times the user has stopped on his path?

Yes, you can know the number of minutes & places of stoppages of the user.

Can I know the kilometers travelled by the user?

Yes, you can.

Note: While on moment, the data will be 90% accurate whereas on standing the data will be 60% accurate.

By selecting specific date & time of travel you will get 90% accurate data of that period, provided GPS/ GPRS are On in that specified time.

What are the different formats in which reports can be downloaded?

GoMoBiz provide the option to download reports in CSV, PDF, XSL & Print formats.

Can I assign a customer to a user?

Yes. Admin can assign any number of customers to a user.

Can I create categories and assign customers to the user based on category?

Yes, you can.

Can my user track the client location on the map?

Yes, users can track all their client locations on the map.

Is it possible to move employees under different Supervisors?

Yes. But the same employee cannot be monitored by two supervisors.

 

Geo-tag Images

What is a geo-tag image?

When the user takes a picture from the app, the admin will be notified with the user’s location and time as mentioned on the geo-tagged image.

Can I download geo-tag reports?

Yes, you can download reports based on user-wise and date & time-wise.

 

Geo-fence

What is Geo-fence in GoBoMiz?

Geo-fence is a defined area for the movement of your field executive. Whenever the field executive crosses the geo-fence, the supervisor will receive the web-app notified alert message.

What type of geo-fence alerts will I get?

You will receive web-app notification based alerts whenever the user enter or leave the geo-fenced location.

Can multiple geo-fences be assigned to a user?

Yes, multiple geo-fences based on client meetings and attendance can be assigned.

 

Customized Data Forms

Can an admin customize or create new form?

Yes, you can create new forms as per your package in the GoMoBiz web app.

Can an admin modify the existing default forms available in the app?

Yes, you can modify the format of the existing forms.

 

Expense Management

How can we track expenses in real-time using GoMoBiz?

The admin can receive invoice along with real-time picture of the expense statement from the user.

Does admin can add expenses in the form?

Yes, admin can also add expenses under any user, as and when required.

Can admin review the expenses as entered by the user?

Yes, admin the review the expenses and will have the option of approving or rejecting the claims.

Can I download expense reports?

Yes, you can download expense reports branch-wise, user-wise & date-wise.

 

Payments Management

What types of different collections are acceptable by the app?

GoMoBiz app recognizes three types of payment collection – Cash, Cheque & Online.

Who can add payments received?

Admin & user both can add payments in the form.

Can I track payment status customer-wise?

Admin & user both can add payments in the form.

Can I track payment status customer-wise?

Yes, you can know the amount of payment received from a particular customer as on date.

What categories of reports I can download from payment module?

User or admin can download payment reports as per date-wise, user collection-wise and customer-wise.

 

Task Management

Is there an option to assign multiple tasks to the user?

Yes, any number of tasks can be assigned to the user.

Who can assign task?

Admin can create and assign to task to the user whereas, user can create task for self.

Can single task be reassigned to different users?

Same task can be reassigned to various users but without overlapping among users, the same time.

What type of reports can be downloaded related to task management?

You can download reports based on status-wise, month-wise, customer-wise and date & time-wise.

How accurately the task data can be monitored?

GoMoBiz app automatically picks up the time & location when the user updates the start & end timings of the task. This ensures accuracy of the task.
Note: The data can be tracked only when the GPS/ GPRS of user is enabled.

Does the app track the time of task also?

Yes, GoMoBiz app tracks and displays the amount of time spent at a particular site.

Push Notifications

Can I send push notifications?

Yes, you can send push notifications branch-wise (to the team) and or to individual user.

Can user delete the push notifications after viewing?

No. User cannot delete the push notifications for 15 days.

What is the multi-lingual feature?

The GoMoBiz app supports multiple languages. You can send messages and push notifications in the language of your choice.

Attendance Management

What type of attendance does GoMoBiz provide?

GoMoBiz offer three types of attendance –

Normal attendance – where attendance is marked with user location

Premium attendance – where attendance is marked with picture

Geo-fence auto attendance – Auto update of attendance when the user enters the geo-fenced area

Is it possible to configure the working hours for the users separately?

Yes, you can.

Can we mark weekly off or leave for the employees?

Yes, you can mark weekly offs, or leaves of the individual users.
